  • If you provided an email address when placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. If you provided only a phone number, you will receive an SMS order confirmation text with your order number. If you have not received an email or text, please contact us.

  • For clothing items (this does not include swimsuits, towels or phone cases) please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Our processing window does not include holidays or weekends. For example, if you place an order Friday morning it may not be processed until Monday morning. Please allow an extra 1 to 5 business days for your order to process during sales and/or holidays.

    Our swimsuits, towels and phone cases currently take 3-10 business days to process (they’re individually made to order!) before being shipped out.

    Domestic Order Shipping Times (USA ONLY): 2-5 business days.

    International Order Shipping Time (OUTSIDE THE USA):  7-60 business days.

    *Please note that sometimes packages experience postal delays that are out of our control Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. Check your tracking number to estimate the time of arrival. If you are not home for a delivery, or your package is stolen from your residence, we are not responsible. Please make sure to be available for the delivery of your package. If your package is lost, please file a case with your local post office. If it has been returned to sender, we will issue a store credit for the order once we receive it.

  • If you provided an email address when placing your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email or text, your order has not shipped out yet.

  • If your order has not been processed, we may try to cancel the same but can not guarantee cancelation or refund. Do write us at support@houseofkarma.ai for us to assist you.

    Swim suits, towels, intimate wear and phone case orders cannot be cancelled once they are in production.

  • If your order has not been shipped out yet, we can change your shipping address. Please contact us immediately with the changes you request.

  • If your order has not been shipped out yet, we can add items in your order. Once your order is shipped, no changes can be made.

  • No. Customs and duties are not included in the price at checkout. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery at the customer’s expense. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.

  • Standard shipping in USA is free with no minimum order requirement and $15 for International orders which also gets free if order is $200 or above.

  • USA- Charlotte, North Carolina, and Los Angeles, California,

    Canada—Toronto and Ontario

    Europe- Riga, Latvia, and Barcelona, Spain.

    Customs fee has to be paid and managed by customers directly as per the applicable rate and law of the land

  • Packaging is 100% blank and discreet. It will be either a box or a plastic mailer with “House of Karma” name and logo on it for quick identification.

  • We will be more than happy to personalise designs for an individual or group of people , be it a special occasion or just a gift to say you care! Do send a mail at support@houseofkarma.ai and we ill get back to you to discuss your specific gifting needs or bounce ideas to make the event special.

  • With DTG (direct-to-garment), designs are printed directly onto the garment and absorbed into the fabric. We use the DTG method for most of our t-shirts. 

    - DTG inks are eco-friendly, CPSIA-compliant, non-toxic, non-hazardous, and soluble in water. They're free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE).

    -Opaqueness varies depending on the garment. Lighter weight garments with more cotton content, such as t-shirts will have a more opaque print result. Heavier weight garments, such as sweatshirts and hoodies, will have a less opaque print result because the fabric is thicker and will absorb the water based ink more. This results in seeing the garment through the print a bit.

  • Our leggings are sublimated on a base white material, cut, and hand-sewn. The white can show slightly through darker colors and the inside of the legging may not line up completely. Seeing some white on the seams is also normal.

  • T-shirt, Sweatshirt, and Hoodie Care Instructions

    -Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.

    -Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary.

    -No fabric softeners. 
    -Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life (recommended). 

    -Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. 

    -Do not dry clean.

    -Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer setting can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print. 

    Legging Care Instructions

    -Our leggings can be washed at any temperature setting without affecting quality.

    -Wash with like colors, as the polyester fabric may make colors run.

    -Too high temperatures during washing and drying may shrink the fabric.

  • When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white or yellowish residue. Don’t worry that is not unusual- its from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it is not permanent.

    Fixation agent (also known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

    The solution is simply to wash the garment. Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash. If it does not disappear after the first wash, please contact us with 2-3 clear photos. At least one should be of the full garment and a couple of up close photos of what you are seeing to support@houseofkarma.ai. Please send within the first 14 days of receiving your garment.

  • Currently, we are unable to process returns for non damaged items. Please review product description and size chart to ensure you purchase your desired fit. If you have any questions about a size before placing your order, please contact us here.

  • Yes, though each membership is billed annually to ensure commitment to the curated journey. You can pause future shipments if needed.

  • Due to the personalized nature of our work, all pieces are made-to-align, not mass-produced. Refunds are not offered.

  • Absolutely. But only if they pass the vibe check. 😉 Gift memberships are available by request once the initial invite has been approved.
